We offer you extra virgin olive oil, with high quality and distinctive flavour, while ensuring cold pressing to preserve the nutritional properties of the olive fruit.Our oil is extracted from the finest rain-fed olives in the mountains of Salt and Al-Arda, which are adjacent to the mountains of Jerusalem and Nablus, at an altitude of 400-500 meters above sea level, so that the most suitable climate is available for the olive tree to produce the largest percentage of polyphenols, which is considered the most important antioxidant for human health.We are located in the Al-Deira area, between the town of Zi in Al-Salt and the town of Al-Subaihi in the Al-Arda area in the Balqa Governorate, Jordan.
